An area of disturbed weather has formed in the Northern Bahamas. This system has a chance to become a Tropical Cyclone, over the course of the next few days. With the over all pattern setting up, it may even play a role in our weather in the long term. Stay tuned. Posted by Picasa

Note: A few brief peak wind gusts of 30 mph/48 km/h, occurred in the late afternoon.

It shows the remnant moisture from what was once Tropical storm, and briefly prior to any landfall Hurricane, Ernesto combining with a frontal low to give the area it's first substantial rainfall in over a month; 28 mm/1.10 Inch, fell in roughly 8 hours. Posted by Picasa
