western half of Restigouche County issued

Heavy rainfall is expected for Northwestern New Brunswick on Friday.

This is a warning that significant rainfall is expected or occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.

A slow moving low pressure system is expected to push an area tropical moisture towards New Brunswick over the next couple of days. As much as 50 millimetres of heavy rain is expected on Friday as the low pressure system moving in from the Southeastern U.S. makes its way into New Brunswick by Friday evening.
