NOVA SCOTIA.
TOTAL RAINFALL FOR THE MONTH AT HALIFAX INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
EXCEEDED THE PREVIOUS RECORD FOR SEPTEMBER BY ALMOST 80 MM...THE 
PREVIOUS RECORD FOR SEPTEMBER WAS 308.7 MM IN 1996. THE NEW RECORD
IS 386.8 MM WHICH IS ONLY 3 TENTHS OF A MILLIMETRE LESS THAN THE ALL
