CANADA AT 9:53 AM ADT MONDAY 13 MAY 2013.

A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AFFECTED NOVA SCOTIA ON THE WEEKEND
AND BROUGHT RAIN TO THE PROVINCE. THE RAIN BEGAN SATURDAY NIGHT OVER 
WESTERN AREAS AND ON SUNDAY OVER EASTERN AREAS. THESE EASTERN
AREAS RECEIVED THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS OF RAIN WITH THE MAJORITY FALLING 
DURING THE DAY SUNDAY AS THE TROUGH BROUGHT IN MOISTURE FROM THE 
SOUTH.
