WEATHER SUMMARY FOR NEW BRUNSWICK ISSUED BY ENVIRONMENT CANADA AT
4:58 A.M. AST THURSDAY 23 JANUARY 2014.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPED NEAR CAPE HATTERAS ON TUESDAY AND
THEN PASSED SOUTH OF NOVA SCOTIA ON WEDNESDAY. THIS STORM PRODUCED
HIGH WINDS, SNOW AT TIMES HEAVY, AND WIDESPREAD BLOWING SNOW FOR
SOUTHEASTERN NEW BRUNSWICK. THE HIGHEST WIND GUST RECORDED WAS AT
MONCTON WHERE A GUST TO 82 KILOMETRES PER HOUR WAS OBSERVED.

THE FOLLOWING IS A SUMMARY OF SNOWFALL AMOUNTS RECEIVED BY
