  KNOX COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MAINE...

* AT 320 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SHOWERS
  AND THUNDERSTORMS ENTERING THE MIDCOAST REGION AND HEADING
  NORTHWEST TOWARDS THE CAPITAL REGION.  UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN
  HAS FALLEN IN THIS REGIONW WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR SO RAINFALL
  EXPECTED OVERNIGHT.  THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA.
