  RAINFALL OVER THE ADVISORY AREA SINCE EARLY THIS EVENING...THIS
  ON TOP OF THE 1 TO 2 INCHES THAT FELL YESTERDAY INTO LAST NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF A HALF INCH TO AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN
THE ADVISORY AREA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL BROOKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS...
COUNTRY ROADS...FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF BROOKS AND STREAMS AS
WELL AS HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

TO REPORT FLOODING...HAVE THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY RELAY
YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE. MINOR
STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN RECENTLY REPORTED AT ELLSWORTH IN HANCOCK
COUNTY. OTHER LOCATIONS WITHIN THE ADVISORY AREA MAY ALSO HAVE FLOODED
ROADWAYS.

  HAS FALLEN IN THIS REGIONW WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR SO RAINFALL
  EXPECTED OVERNIGHT.  THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE

* COASTAL FLOODING...LOCALIZED AREAS OF MINOR COASTAL FLOODING
  ALONG WITH SPLASH-OVER AND BEACH EROSION IS EXPECTED AROUND THE
  TIME OF HIGH TIDE TODAY.

* TIMING...MAINLY BETWEEN 10 AM AND 1 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.
